Which column do I use
If you are handing over USDT and receiving rupees, use sell. If you are handing over rupees and receiving USDT, use buy. Sell is always the lower of the two, and that is not an error: the gap between them is how the merchant on the other side earns.
Why the final figure will not match exactly
Peer to peer prices move minute to minute, and every exchange takes its own fee when the money leaves. Treat what you see here as the price before those, and confirm on the exchange itself before you commit to anything.
